What should you fix first?
Evidence-based priorities and a practical roadmap
Every area is reviewed on its own and as part of the bigger picture.
Together, they reveal what drives or holds back your product’s performance.
Flows, usability, accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA), design-system consistency and cross-platform parity
Regulatory requirements, mandatory user flows and friction points
Touchpoints, service interactions and experience gaps
Information architecture, microcopy and messaging clarity
Industry standards, competitor insights and best practices
From brief to production, plus measurement gaps that limit product decisions.
The problem, where it appears, and why it matters — stated neutrally and tied to evidence from the live product. The bold lead is the finding in one line.
Conversion — helps turn visitors and sign-ups into funded, investing users.
Retention — keeps existing investors active and coming back.
Trust — protects credibility and confidence — the currency of a wealth platform.
Accessibility — usable by everyone, including the 40–70 audience (WCAG 2.1 AA).
Regulatory — touches legal/compliance correctness.
The recommended direction. How to resolve it — enough to show our approach, not a full spec. Where relevant, framed to reduce friction without weakening compliance.
P1 — Critical. Blocks a core task or creates a compliance/trust risk (the investor can’t complete, is misled, or loses confidence).
P2 — High. Meaningful friction or inconsistency — the task completes, but with avoidable effort or confusion.
P3 — Polish. Cosmetic or minor; matters in aggregate, not on its own.
S — Small: hours / a quick change.
M — Medium: days.
L — Large: a project.

Not in the diagnostic — we identify and prioritize. Implementation is a separate, optional engagement.
Three weeks end to end: a 30-minute kickoff, one week of discovery, two weeks of assessment, and a 1–1.5 hour executive readout.
Two deliverables. A live executive readout — 1.5 hours walking through findings, priorities and recommendations — and a health check report with 100+ findings, benchmarks and recommendations, each prioritised for action.
No. We assess how regulatory requirements show up in the product experience — mandatory flows, disclosures and friction points. It does not replace advice from your own counsel.
Very little. A 30-minute kickoff, access to the product, and a short round of stakeholder input during discovery. The assessment itself runs independently of your team.
Yes. The methodology comes from regulated, high-trust products, but the UX, customer journey, content and product operations dimensions apply to any digital product.
